Payment of Conference Fees: After you register below, you will be directed to a page for payment. Conference fees can be paid by credit card or PayPal account. Payment is secure, and DMC will not be given any of your credit card information. Submitting this form will take you to a second page where you can choose your options (including student discounts and additional fees for offsite participants) and pay your fees.

Once you have paid your fees via the Pay Pal website, please select "Return to Merchant" which will take you to the instructions for La Fonda Hotel housing.

Registration cancellations will result in a full refund if received prior to June 8, 2007; after that date, the refund will be less a $50 administration fee.

A late fee of $50 is required if registering after June 8, 2007.

Fees:
Registration for Meeting - this includes ticket to the Dudley R. Herschbach Award Banquet to be held at the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum on Thursday evening.
$150 (student and postdoc registration $100).

Food Package at the La Fonda Hotel for participants and their guests - dinner and breakfast for the week beginning Sunday dinner and ending Friday after breakfast. Lunch is not provided so that everyone can sample the local restaurants.
$270 per week or $55 per day.

Room Reservations will be made seperately at the La Fonda Hotel, Prices range from $169 per night to $179 per night. The La Fonda Hotel is one of the most beautiful and oldest hotels in America and located on the Central Square in Santa Fe. As we have the entire hotel for the week, that is only 110 rooms and they will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis.

They have also set aside a few rooms (10) at the conference price (approximately half price from the normal rate) for the weekend before and after the meeting for those who want to stay longer.  Such attractions as the Santa Fe Opera are on the weekend before and after the meeting.  These rooms will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis.

There are Student Travel Scholarships of up to $150 is available for all students and postdocs who attend the meeting.
